Chef Maddie's Family Originates From the Wine Region of Montepulciano Italy, they Traveled & Settled in the North End of Boston Mass. The North End is a Community  Filled with Italian Culture & Culinary Art. 

Chef Maddie's Passion for Cooking was Inspired by her Parents. Her Parents were Incredible Cooks & Hosts of Family Gatherings and Could Regularly be Found Cooking Eggplant Parmesan & Lasagna for the Entire Street! We were Blessed to have them with us for our First Restaurant the Quincy Market Cafe in Anaheim Hills. All though they are no longer with us, their Passion & Spirit lives on in Chef Maddie's Delicious Cooking!

Chef Maddie has Kept her Culinary Traditions & Passion by Teaching her
Daughter Jessica and now her Grandchildren.
